Our office hours are:
- 6:30am – 7pm Monday through Friday
- 9am – 5pm Saturday
- 12pm – 3pm Sunday
Our office is closed on major holidays:
- New Years Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Our office will close at 3pm on Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, and New Years Eve. There is a three-day minimum lodging stay during holidays. We regret that we cannot accommodate arrivals and departures during non-office hours.
Check-In/Check-Out Procedure
Guests may arrive or depart any time during business hours; however, we would prefer arrival at least one hour prior to closing. Please schedule departure time to expedite the process. Owners who pick up their pets by our 12:00 p.m. checkout time will not be charged for that day.
