Complimentary Visit
At Bark-A-Bout we understand there may be some anxious feelings during your pets time away from home. Of course you want to make sure the place you choose makes both you and your pet as comfortable as possible. We are happy to schedule a time for you to come in for our Meet-N-Greet. Once Meet-N-Greet is complete and your pet is PlayGroup certified you will be issued a complimentary trial visit (same day). During this visit your pets comfort level and needs will be monitored/evaluated and our staff can make recommendations based on their reactions to the trial visit.
Bark-A-Bout reserves the right to refuse services based on any pets' evaluation assessment or health.
The Meet - N- Greet takes between 15 to 20 minutes to complete ; however you would not need to stay the entire time. Your involvement is needed for about the first 10 minutes. Once your pet is PlayGroup certified your pet can take part in the complimentary visit (same day). The fee for a Meet-N-Greet is $20, however, if you purchase 2 full days of daycare or 2 nights of hotel stay on your Meet-N-Greet day we will not charge the $20 fee. ***Note: The $29 daycare fee is complimentary.
